Returns

You have the right to cancel your order for 14 days after receipt of the order. You have a further 14 days to return the items back to us.

In the unlikely event that the goods you receive from us are faulty or of the wrong specification, please notify us immediately and we will arrange a refund or exchange of goods. Refunds will be carried out within 14 days of receipt.

In the case of a fault, some goods will be sent to the manufacturer for further testing. You will be informed if this will be the case when initially contacting us.

Please note, if the items are not faulty/incorrect you will have to bear the cost of the return postage and ensure that there is sufficient insurance to cover any damage which may be sustained in transit as the items will remain the customers responsibility until received at Paradox.

Deductions can be made if the value of the goods have been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than necessary.

Some products are considered consumable products. Once these items have been opened we are unable to accept a return.
